Jon Haugen is the Senior Director of Marketing & Research for CCRE. He works closely with CCRE associates to provide clients with real time market information. Additionally, Jon's responsibilities include overseeing the business development division of the group, administering the group's website and evaluating and implementing the use of technology to improve group operations.
Prior to joining Clark Commercial Realty Advisors, Jon owned and operated Del Mar Investment Services, Inc. where he was personally involved in sourcing distressed commercial real estate assets directly from banks, servicers, lenders, and private clients.
Jon attended the University of Southern New Hampshire and holds a California real estate license. In his spare time he’s is an avid golfer and restores vintage Mercedes Benz automobiles to concourse level perfection. Jon is also active in local community organizations, and supports charities that benefits under-privileged children throughout Northern California.
